ROSSO TOSCANO IGT
Made from Sangiovese grapes, Canaiolo and white Malvasia, hand-picked into small boxes in the first half of October, fermented in cement vats with maceration of 14-18 days.
In December, we add to the new wine some withered grapes to get the second fermentation (method called “Governo Toscano”).
Aged in cement tanks for a minimum of one year.
